•    Order a floor plan of your property

•    Order a 360 virtual tour of property to be attached to the MLS listing
•    Review history of property and any pertinent information needed to be disclosed about property
•    Review all town/city hall records on the property
•    Discuss seller’s disclosure forms
•    Photographs of the property are taken

While on Market
•    Submit property to multiple listing service (MLS)
•    Submit listing to over 20 Real Estate websites (
boston.com, homes.com, Google)
•    An e-mail alert is sent to all registered buyers of  your property description in the MLS system
•    Install sign on the property
•    Create a personalized Craigslist listing
•    Broker open house is scheduled to introduce local brokers  to the property
•    Run buyer open house, if desired and on a discussed schedule
